Symphyotrichum elliottii

Elliot’s Aster is a perennial, deciduous, reseeding, native wildflower that can reach heights of 3-4 ft in average to moist soils. This aster has profuse, showy and delicate lavender flowers in late summer through fall. It’s fast spreading both by underground roots and seed and attracts butterflies, bees and other pollinators.

Symphyotrichum elliottii
